Alongside RecoveryXIndia, we are also building a new e-commerce fashion brand that will sell products across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

As an early-stage startup, every team member plays a vital role in building the company from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is passionate, self-motivated, and excited to grow alongside the business.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations while helping build efficient systems for our growing businesses.





This is not a routine desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple responsibilities, and treating the business as if it were their own.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and organise business activities across multiple projects.
- Assist in building internal systems and operational processes.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives for RecoveryXIndia.
- Manage customer enquiries, client follow-ups, and lead tracking.
- Coordinate with rehabilitation centres, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and record keeping.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding as the company expands.
- Help manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Support the launch and operations of our e-commerce fashion brand.
