- Associate - FP&A; will support the FP&A; function in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis and financial performance reviews. The role will be responsible for preparing actionable financial insights, supporting business planning and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen reporting, forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and periodic business plans, including validation of key assumptions with business teams.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports covering actuals vs. budget/forecast, revenue trends, and key variance drivers.
