The Role:
The Responsibilities:
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms




- Manage onboarding and recent hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Additional Position Information:
- Work from Office
- Core Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Core Days Worked: Monday - Friday

The Desired Attributes:
- Must have Experience in End-End Recruitment dealing with Technical & BPO hiring
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- 3 Years -5 Years of recruiting experience preferred
- Must have Knowledge & Experience on Job Portals/ & other social media
- Must be Aware of Job Posting/ Mass Mail/ Boolean Search
- Expertise in sourcing methodologies bulk hiring through Campus recruitment
- Target driven approach
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
