Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations in the glass processing unit.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with planning, quality control, and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Supervise and train production staff and workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in processes or machinery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or glass processing industries.




- Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operation, and manpower handling.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with quality control tools and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₹38,309.14 - ₹40,777.22 per month
