Role Summary:
Role responsible for program delivery of strategic technology transformations, combined with executive storytelling, business case development, and board-level communications. Acts as a bridge between complex technology execution and enterprise decision-making, bringing together program leadership, consulting mindset, AI fluency, and high-impact presentation capability to enable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:
Executive Communication & Storytelling
- Develop board, SteerCo, and executive-level presentations
- Translate complex technical details into clear, decision-ready narratives
- Structure executive messaging, trade-offs, and recommendations for leadership forums

Business Case & Consulting Orientation
- Experience in business case development (investment justification, cost-benefit, value realization)
- Support RFPs, pitch decks, and transformation proposals
- Contribute to target operating models and transformation roadmaps

Executive Presentations & Information Design
- Create _high-impact presentations (board decks, QBRs, transformation plans _)




- Convert data into _clear visual frameworks, insights, and narratives _:
- Ensure _premium quality, accuracy, and solid visual design standards _:
- Build and maintain reusable templates and knowledge assets

AI Fluency & Data-Driven Insights
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance delivery and reporting
- Identify opportunities for automation, productivity, and insight generation
- Integrate AI-driven insights into executive communication and decision-making

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Ability to act as liaison between technology, business, and executive leadership
- Drive alignment across diverse teams and priorities
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively

Program Delivery Experience
- Manage tracking of large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs across technology and business domains
- Drive program governance, planning
