As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our growing Sales team.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, ensuring timely responses in accordance with defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business challenges, budgets, and decision-making processes,



and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups, effectively handle objections, and maintain engagement until opportunities are successfully converted or appropriately closed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update interactions, follow-up activities, and opportunity stages in the CRM system while ensuring complete data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support the overall sales cycle.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including outbound call volumes, qualified leads, meeting generation, conversion rates, and CRM compliance.
- Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights with the management team to support continuous business improvement.
