Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Intern to join our sales team. This role is highly proactive and field-oriented. You will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, directly engaging with prospective clients through cold calling and face-to-face meetings to pitch NTCL’s software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Actively research local businesses in Ahmedabad and execute daily cold calls to generate new leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Physical Client Meetings:
Travel locally to attend face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Product Pitching: Present NTCL’s core offerings—specifically AiInbox, HRMS, and customized tech solutions—demonstrating how they solve the client's business bottlenecks.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with prospects, address initial queries, and maintain strong communication to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Market Feedback: Gather on-the-ground insights from client interactions and report back to the management team to help refine our sales approach.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is highly preferred).
- High level of confidence and resilience for cold calling and direct field sales.
- Willingness to travel locally within Ahmedabad for daily client meetings.
- A basic understanding of, or strong interest in, B2B software solut
