Key Responsibilities (15 TO 22 YEARS OF EXP)
- Manage and supervise the daily dispatch operations.
- Plan, schedule, and assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, transporters, and customer service teams.
- Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Track vehicle utilization and driver performance.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer escalations.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems and respond to operational exceptions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage dispatch team schedules, training, and performance.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
