Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) - Indian Curry & Tandoor

Salary/CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the Indian Curry & Tandoor section
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curries, gravies, kebabs, breads, and tandoor specialties
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality
- Maintain mise en place and smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor stock requirements and assist with inventory management
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Train and support commis chefs and junior kitchen staff
- Control food wastage and maintain cost efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution

Requirements:




- 2-5 years of experience as Chef de Partie / DCDP / similar role in hotels or restaurants
- Strong expertise in Indian Curry and Tandoor preparation
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
