Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, payment status, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and accounts for timely execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders,



and sales activities in ERP/CRM.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales reports, and order status reports.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and customer visits.
- Ensure timely documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, dispatch details, and customer correspondence.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Coordinate with the service team for installation schedules and after-sales support.
- Maintain proper documentation for tenders, government inquiries, and large corporate projects.
- Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities whenever required.
- Perform other sales support activities assigned by management.
- Manage the Sales Head's calendar, meetings, and travel.
