What you'll do:
- Write and post original content in Marathi and Hindi across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others)
- Manage day-to-day content calendars and posting schedules
- Adapt tone and messaging across platforms while keeping a consistent voice
- Coordinate with the design/photo/video team to turn raw material into publish-ready posts
- Track engagement and help refine what's working

What we're looking for:
- Strong written fluency in Marathi (native or near-native) and working proficiency in Hindi
- Prior experience managing social media handles professionally — agency, brand, or public-facing accounts
- Comfortable with fast turnarounds and a steady daily posting rhythm
- Someone who understands regional audience tone — this isn't generic corporate content,



it needs to actually land locally
- Bonus: experience with civic, public-sector, political, or public-figure-adjacent communication (not mandatory, but a strong plus)

- Based in [Thane/Kalyan-Dombivli region] or comfortable traveling 2days/week some in-person coordination expected
- Compensation: based on experience

Pay: ₹9,977.49 - ₹35,774.34 per month
