Role Overview

The B2B Content Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen brand positioning, build thought leadership, grow relevant audiences, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning
- Build content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Identify content opportunities based on audience pain points, industry trends, and business priorities.

Content Repurposing & Distribution
- Create and manage content distribution systems that maximize visibility across channels.
- Develop strategies to increase organic reach among our target audience.

Founder & Thought Leadership Branding
- Support the personal branding of leadership team members.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership positioning and audience engagement.

Social Media & Community Growth
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Support marketing campaigns,



events, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
