About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor production processes to minimize defects and rework.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate quality improvements.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Train shop floor operators on quality procedures and inspection methods.

Required Skills:
- Quality inspection and process control.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools,



5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Solid analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality reporting.

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in luggage, plastics, consumer goods, or similar manufacturing industries is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with in-process and final inspection.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
