Business Development Executive

Location: T3-221, Golden I, Techzone 4, Greater Noida (On-site)

Working Hours: 10AM - 6:30PM

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates Coordinate with marketing team for campaign leads

Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Build long-term relationships for repeat business Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales (Ayurveda / Cosmetics / Wellness / Fragrance preferred)



Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)

Good understanding of Ayurvedic products & customer needs Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Experience in Telecalling / D2C sales / customer handling Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business Core Skills Lead generation & conversion Customer engagement & relationship building

Negotiation & closing skills Product understanding B2B & Outbound sales Bonus / Preferred

Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands Prior work with startup or D2C brands

Robust follow-up and objection-handling skills

Pay: ₹11,553.06 - ₹40,950.57 per month
