About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Managers to promote and sell premium Goa-based luxury real estate projects, including farmhouse estates and resort residences, to HNI, NRI, entrepreneur, investor, and second-home buyer segments.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in luxury real estate, villas, plotted developments, second homes, or high-ticket property sales who can confidently manage affluent clients and drive closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, social media, channel partners, and personal databases.
- Conduct project presentations via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI, NRI, CXO, and investor clients.




- Coordinate Goa site visits and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Work closely with channel partners, wealth advisors, and referral networks.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up discipline.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of real estate sales experience.
- Experience in luxury residential, villas, plotted developments, second homes, or high-value property sales.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable handling HNI and NRI clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales and closure mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and Goa site visits when required.
