Job Title: Telecaller - Unique Global Education

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Answer inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, and schedules.
- Explain the academy's programs and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or admissions counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
