Position: Senior HR Executive
Experience Required: 3-4 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Employee Onboarding and Documentation
HR Operations & Administration
Attendance and Leave Management
Employee Engagement Activities
Coordination with Department Heads for Hiring Needs
Maintaining HR Records and Compliance
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR processes and policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
