The Project Manager will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Create detailed project plans and schedules.
- Allocate resources based on project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Support Teams.
- Assign tasks based on team members' skills and workload.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and project review meetings.
- Mentor and motivate team members.
- Resolve team conflicts professionally.

3. Client Communication




- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Gather and understand client requirements.
- Provide regular project updates.
- Conduct project review meetings and presentations.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Requirement Analysis
- Analyze business requirements.
- Convert client requirements into actionable tasks.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare implementation plans.
- Ensure all requirements are documented and approved.

5. Project Monitoring
- Track project progress using project management tools.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary.

6. Risk Management
- Identify project risks early.
- Develop contingency plans.
- Minimize project delays.
- Ensure business continuity during project execution.
