The agency works at the intersection of brand strategy, business consulting and creative execution helping early-stage and growth-stage brands find their footing, sharpen their positioning and show up with clarity. Beyond this, dotMCBC offers ongoing brand and social media management through its Premium Social Media Retainer, handling content strategy, creative direction, UGC production, community engagement and partnership recommendations for the brands it works with.

The Role

We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can think sharp and execute clean. This is not a siloed role — you will move between strategy decks and Canva files, between client calls and campaign dashboards. You will work closely with the founder and be an integral part of how we deliver for our clients, so we need someone who is as comfortable owning a brand narrative as they are scheduling a content calendar or reading a Meta ads report.

What You Will Do
- Brand Strategy & Content Direction — Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks and go-to-market strategies for founder-led client brands. Own content strategy across social media platforms, staying ahead of trends and translating strategic thinking into platform-appropriate creative direction.
- Design & Social Media Execution — Create and manage brand assets, social creatives and campaign materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Handle end-to-end social media management including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement and UGC shoot direction.
- Meta Ads & Growth — Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns including audience targeting, creative direction and performance optimisation. Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities relevant
