_Role Overview:_:
In this role, you will assess and enhance disaster recovery plans by identifying gaps, designing effective recovery procedures, and ensuring data protection and business continuity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, simulate disaster scenarios, troubleshoot recovery issues, and translate complex concepts for non-experts. Additionally, you will document processes, stay updated on emerging technologies, and recommend innovative improvements to strengthen recovery strategies.

About the role:
- Working with engineering, cloud, and platform teams to validate compliance with resiliency requirements.
- Tracking resiliency gaps, test failures, and remediation actions, and reporting status and metrics to program stakeholders.
- Supporting audits and internal reviews by providing evidence of resiliency testing, backup validation, and recovery preparedness.

About you:
- Robust understanding of disaster recovery and resiliency concepts, including RTO, RPO, backup strategies, and recovery testing.
- Experience working with cloud-based environments (SaaS, IaaS,



PaaS) and understanding how resiliency is implemented and validated in cloud architectures.
- Ability to analyze resiliency risks and gaps, document findings, and support remediation efforts with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating testing schedules, tracking deliverables, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
