Job Summary

The Lead Generation Agent is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers to generate high-quality sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset to support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other lead sources.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and assessing their suitability.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresher And experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Good research and analytical skill
