Telecaller - Lead Generation for Business and Personal Loans

Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current leads for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.

Engage with potential clients to understand their loan requirements and qualify them for our loan products.

Provide detailed information about loan products and services to potential clients.

Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.

Maintain an updated database of client interactions and ensure accurate record

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling,



especially in the financial services sector.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Ability to understand and explain financial products and services.

Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.

Basic understanding of financial documents and business models.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in generating leads for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans.

Background in NBFCs, Banks, DSAa or tech companies focused on financial products.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
