Job Summary

The Product IT Coordinator will act as the bridge between the Product, Technology, Operations, QA, and Business teams to ensure smooth planning, development, testing, deployment, and support of fintech products. The role involves coordinating product enhancements, tracking development activities, managing UAT, documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of technology projects.





Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Development, QA, Operations, and Business teams for product implementation.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and release notes.
- Track product development timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely closure of defects.
- Monitor production issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support product launches, feature enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Maintain product documentation, SOPs, process flows, and change logs.
- Work with external vendors and technology partners for integrations and API implementations.
- Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and operational standards.
