Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Rohini Sector 8, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: 1-2 Years
Working Hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain recruitment records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
- Coordinate training and engagement activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Experience hiring technical and non-technical roles.

Salary

₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
