Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Engineer to manage day-to-day manufacturing and shop-floor activities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality, safety, productivity, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.
Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.
Supervise shop-floor operators, technicians, and manpower.
Ensure optimum utilisation of man, machine, and material.
Monitor machine performance, downtime, rejection, and productivity.




Identify production problems and perform root cause analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and rework.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store, PPC, and other departments.
Ensure production processes follow SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and other production documentation.
Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, cycle time, and machine utilization.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed on the shop floor.
Assist in reducing material wastage, production costs, and machine downtime.
Support current product/process development and production trials when required.
