We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with solid knowledge of production planning, quality, manpower, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities as per the production plan and schedule.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and timely output.
Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of machines and resources.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for smooth production.
Monitor production targets, downtime, rejection, rework, and productivity.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with Stores for timely supply.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and guide operators and production staff on processes and safety practices.




Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production-related issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety on the shop floor.

Requirements
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Operations.
Solid knowledge of production processes, planning, and shop-floor management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and basic quality tools is preferred.
Good understanding of production documentation and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
Robust leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets under pressure.
