Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Negotiate salary and release offer letters
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Coordinate onboarding formalities with internal teams




Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines
Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of recruitment process
Experience in sourcing through portals and social media
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills
Knowledge of Excel / recruitment trackers
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience
1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Preferred
Experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environment
