We are looking for a strategic and detail -oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to lead financial operations across our manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets.



If you have robust expertise in costing, inventory -heavy business, and multi -location finance, this is a great opportunity to make a real business impact.



Key Responsibilities:




✔ Manage end -to -end accounting & financial reporting


✔ Drive costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement


✔ Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)


✔ Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance


✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning


✔ Monitor cash flow & working capital


✔ Manage retail finance operations & POS reconciliation


✔ Lead & mentor finance team across locations






Requirements




- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting & retail finance

- Expertise in cost accounting & inventory management

- Hands -on experience in GST & multi -location compliance

- Robust analytical & problem -solving skills

- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems

- Leadership & team management ability

- Attention to detail with a business -oriented mindset




Qualifications:


- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

- B.Com / Finance background
