The Business Systems Analyst - Data & Integrations plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the business objectives. Being in our data & integrations function, you will play a critical role in supporting and enabling our data warehousing,

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements GatheringData Literacy
- Demonstrate deep technical fluency, data literacy, and sharp commercial awareness to map out how data flows, transforms, and is presented across enterprise systems.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to pull data together from multiple sources, to gain deeper insights, and guide them to “put data first” to improve our analytical capabilities.
- Educate stakeholders on the upstream and downstream impacts to integrations and reporting, e.g. field or data changes can break these if not flagged early.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and business units to ensure that system integrations and reporting meet user needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (e.g., developers, IT architects) and business users (across the business) to ensure that requirements are accurately understo
