Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, M&A;, PE/VC transactions, due diligence or contract drafting.
- Good understanding of Companies Act, contract law, FEMA basics and commercial documentation.
- Ability to independently review documents and prepare first drafts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
- Positive written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable working from Ahmedabad while reporting to the Mumbai corporate team.
