We are looking for a driven, technically-minded Sales Engineer to promote and grow our business across the following product categories: KiTEC Composite Piping Systems Benchmark Heat Pumps Stainless Steel Overhead Water Tanks Water Pressure Pumps Ventilation Solutions Other allied building products _This is a field-based technical sales role, involving active site visits, project mapping and relationship building — it is not a counter sales position. _PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Site Mapping & Market IntelligenceContinuously identify and map new and ongoing projects, including: Residential projects and villas Commercial buildings Hotels and hospitals Schools and educational institutions Government projects Industrial projects Gather complete project information, including: Project name, address and stage of construction Architect, builder, contractor, plumbing contractor and owner details MEP consultant and contact details Estimated product requirement and expected purchase timeline Maintain a structured, up-to-date database of all ongoing, upcoming and completed projects. 2.



Relationship DevelopmentDevelop and maintain robust professional relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, civil contractors, plumbing contractors, plumbers, consultants, project managers and homeowners — becoming a trusted technical advisor for plumbing, heating and water management solutions. 3. Technical Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate enquiries and convert them into sales across KiTEC pipes, Benchmark heat pumps, stainless steel overhead tanks, pressure pumps and ventilation systems Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions Coordinate with the office team for quotations, pricing and order processing Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 4.
