JOB DESCRIPTION:

-
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed pre-tender cost estimates and budgets for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems based on drawings and specifications.
- Quantity Take-offs: Accurately measure and quantify MEP materials and components using tools like CostX, or AutoCAD.
- Billing & Certification: Prepare and review contractor RA (Running Account) bills, verify work progress, and process final account settlements.
- Tendering & Procurement: Compile tender documents, evaluate vendor bids, and assist in contract negotiations for MEP packages.:
- Cost Control & Variation Management: Monitor project expenditures against the budget, manage variations (change orders), and prepare monthly financial status reports.
- Value Engineering:



Identify cost-saving opportunities by recommending alternative materials or design methods without compromising quality.:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringProjects

- Hotel or commercial buildings projects are mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
