We are an early-stage startup building two products in the real estate and land intelligence space:
- Propventory - a proptech platform for real estate property management
- GeoKhasra - a geospatial land record intelligence system for agricultural land in Rajasthan

We are currently in the early build phase and are looking for MBA interns who want real startup exposure and ownership in growth and field execution.

Role Overview:
This is a hands-on internship focused on growth, marketing, and customer acquisition. You will work directly with founders to help build early users and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and connect with real estate brokers, agents, and builders
- Conduct field visits and meetings in target areas
- Support onboarding of early users for both products
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential customers

2. Growth & Marketing Execution
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and content
- Help execute social media and storytelling initiatives
- Work on real-world content such as founder stories,



customer interactions, and field visits
- Assist in testing growth experiments

3. Research & Lead Generation
- Identify leads using online research, scraping outputs, and field mapping
- Convert data into actionable outreach plans
- Support structured tracking of leads and follow-ups

Who Should Apply:

- Are comfortable with field work and speaking to customers
- Take initiative and ownership without heavy supervision
- Enjoy building things from scratch in ambiguous environments

- Prefer execution over theoretical work

Internship Details:
- Stipend: Upto ₹5,000/month
- Location: Shyam Nagar, Jaipur (field + remote mix depending on tasks)
- Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on performance)
- Certificate + potential long-term opportunity for robust performers

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per mont
