Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and cold calling.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand technical requirements.
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide timely support and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain visit reports.

Market Analysis Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential industries.Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.




- Maintain sales records and customer databases.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Participate in sales review meetings and training programs.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or BusinessDevelopment.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong professional ethics and commitment towards work.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
