Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads to drive high-performing campaigns and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign budgets
- Perform A/B testing on creatives and ad copies
- Analyze data and share performance insights

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager
