Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to inform strategy adjustments.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve search rankings.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage relationships with the online community.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce,



and public relations.

Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Robust understanding of web analytics tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns.
- Experience in branding and relationship management within a digital marketing context is highly desirable.
