1+ years preferably from Pharma industry, Techno commercial Orgn - Pref Ecommerce

Role & Responsibilities
- Daily visit to distributors for New Registrations, Engagement and Retention
- Giving demo to Distributors and ensuring they honor the orders of retailers
- Conduct training for registered distributors
- Coordination with Support (Ops) team on regular basis.
- Robust business development skills with a flair to achieve assigned targets and help the team to reach greater heights.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance
- Strong oral, written communication, planning and organizing skills to effectively plan own time and manage assigned projects

Desired Skills
- Key account management
- Microsoft Office skills (power point/ Excel), presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Pharma/ Healthcare space
- Build Relationships with retail team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
