Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Coordinate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Manage social media platforms and support online marketing initiatives.

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.

Build relationships with vendors, partners, and media agencies.

Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand guidelines and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (freshers with relevant skills may be considered).

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.





Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Graphic design or basic video editing skills are an added advantage.

Lead generation and conversion rates.

Campaign reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

Growth in website traffic and social media engagement.

Brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Timely execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
