This is a senior position at the company, planning and managing day to day operations. This position comes with the complete responsibility of carrying out operations and production with Quality control and Team management.
- Manage daily operations of the unit, ensuring smooth production planning and execution. Oversee fresh produce procurement management, including sourcing raw materials and supplies. Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective production management. Monitor supply chain operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in food manufacturing industry with expertise in Operations, Production, Quality Control,



Supply Chain, Team Management and Compliance. Solid understanding of fresh produce Procurement Management principles and practices. Excellent operational excellence skills with ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
