Vedas Homes Store is looking for an experienced Retail Floor Salesperson for our Jamshedpur store.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong floor sales experience who can confidently attend customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products and convert walk-ins into sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales:
- Must have worked as a floor salesperson / retail sales executive:
- Experience in any of the following will be given strong preference:
- Furniture Store
- Furnishing Store
- Home Décor Store
- Lifestyle Store
- Premium Retail Store
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Presentable, disciplined and professional
- Strong selling, upselling and cross-selling ability
- Comfortable working with sales targets
- Stable previous employment record preferred
- Knowledge of the Jamshedpur retail market will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities




- Attend walk-in customers on the sales floor
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, designs, pricing and benefits
- Convert customer enquiries into sales
- Upsell and cross-sell related products
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Coordinate with billing, inventory and delivery teams
- Maintain proper product display and premium store presentation
- Build long-term relationships with customers
