Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategically driven Social Media & Brand Manager to manage the digital presence and brand communication of multiple companies under the Kanodia Group.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Develop monthly social media strategies for all assigned brands.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan educational, product, technical, employer branding, and corporate communication content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely content.

Content Strategy & Ideation
- Generate creative content ideas for posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.




- Convert technical information into engaging content.
- Develop storytelling concepts and campaign themes.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Create content for exhibitions, launches, milestones, factories, machinery, sustainability, and business achievements.

Copywriting & Brand Communication
- Write captions, carousel copy, video scripts, blogs, brochures, presentations, and marketing content.
- Ensure content is grammatically correct, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proofread all marketing communication.
- Maintain skilled communication suitable for B2B audiences.

AI-Assisted Content Development
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools for research and content ideation.
- Develop AI prompts for content creation.
- Research market trends and competitors using AI.
- Verify AI-generated information before publishing.
- Improve productivity through AI workflows while maintaining
