Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present company services.
- Visit prospective clients to generate recent business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.




- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, IT services, or B2B service sales will be an added advantage.
