What you’ll be doing:
Reporting into the HRBP Lead based in Malaysia, you will provide localised hands-on support, while working in a global workplace.
- Lead HR operations and compliance activities across India, ensuring adherence to employment legislation, statutory requirements, payroll processes, benefits administration, and vendor management.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, employee relations matters, performance management support, and HR documentation.
- Partner with managers and business leaders to provide practical HR advice, policy guidance, and people solutions that align with business objectives and regional HR strategy.
