_Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor and play a key role in delivering construction and architectural projects on time and on budget._

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Review drawings and specifications and conduct quantity take-offs.
- Manage tendering and procurement activities, and verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare measurement sheets, evaluate variation orders, and maintain project cost records.
- Conduct site measurements and provide periodic cost reports, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
