Laboratory Responsibilities
- Monitor coating process parameters.
- Perform routine laboratory testing.
- Approve chemical additions based on analysis.
- Release production after confirming laboratory results.
- Maintain calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory records as per ISO/IATF requirements.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for process improvements.
