We are looking for a highly talented and experienced _Business Development / Sales Associate_ _, Business Development Executive_ to assist our company in expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about our solutions.
- Leverage sound sales and marketing knowledge to contact prospective clients, conduct online meetings/virtual calls and pitch company's services & products.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects, acting as initial point of contact.
- Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met in order to seal the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.




- Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.).
- Co-ordinate with teams in US & India.

Skills Requirements:
- REQUIRED: Should have 3+ years experience in B2B Sales or Call Center experience _preferably with US customers._
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English & Hindi. Fluency in other languages would be an added advantage
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work US hours and some weekends.:
- Experience in designing & implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Must have a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be result driven and complete tasks with tight timelines.
