Prepare and maintain accurate BOMs for AHU units based on approved drawings and specifications
- Update BOMs in the ERP system for any design changes or revisions
- Ensure correct mapping of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies:
- Validate BOM accuracy with design and engineering teams
- Plan and schedule production activities based on order priority and delivery timelines:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans:
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials:
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required
- Handle ERP entries related to BOM, production orders, and inventory:
- Generate work orders, material requisitions, and job cards through ERP
- Track production status and material consumption in ERP
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP for planning and reporting purposes
- Coordinate with procurement for material requirement planning (MRP):




- Ensure availability of materials as per production schedule:
- Work closely with stores for inventory control and stock availability:
- Highlight material shortages and delays proactively
- Coordinate with design team for drawings and technical clarifications
- Interact with purchase and vendor teams for timely material procurement
- Work with production team to ensure execution as per plan:
- Support quality team for inspection and compliance requirements:
- Track production vs plan variance and suggest improvements
- Prepare reports on order status, production efficiency, and delays:
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
