Role: Sales Executive (FMCG / Food-Tech) PEOPLE FROM FROZEN/ MILK /ICE CREAM CHANNEL WILL BE PREFERRED

Target: Drive aggressive field sales in the local retail market.

The Mission (Daily Deliverables)
- 20 Shop Visits: Grid the market and pitch to 20 retail/commercial outlets daily.
- 4 Order Bookings: Secure a minimum of 4 confirmed order bookings every single day.
- 1 Pamphlet Activity: Execute 1 targeted hyper-local marketing/flyer distribution drive daily.
- SHOULD WRITE DAILY REPORTS EVERY DAY.

Who We Want
- Experience: 1-5 years in FMCG Sales, Milk/Meat/Frozen Food Distribution, Ice Cream Sales, Parlour Management, or managing Milk Agents.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for real-time tracking.
- Profile: Open to all qualifications and age groups. Male or Female.
- Mindset:Sales-driven individuals who want to smash targets. Perfect for those who prefer heavy, performance-linked incentives over a flat salary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
