Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions. Monitor daily activities and ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
- Identify training needs and support onboarding of new team members. Foster a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment

Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance through daily sales reports and KPIs.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Ensure timely follow-up of customer inquiries and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across healthcare services. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in CRM systems. Ensure confidentiality of customer information and compliance with organizational standards.
