1) Identify and cold approach target companies in Pune's IT parks, SEZs and commercial corridors
2) Set up and run in person meetings with HR, Admin and Procurement decisions-makers
3) Present Adalwin's catalogue and value proposition; convert leads into first orders
4) Maintain a weekly CRM pipeline; report meetings, proposals and revenue
5) Nurture accounts post-sale for repeat and referral business
Pay: ₹25,529.27 - ₹40,904.17 per month
